Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.

Payment

Payment is due at the conclusion of each session. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, check, and cash.

Insurance

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, I am considered an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. If you wish to use out-of-network benefits, please contact your insurance carrier to verify your coverage and determine whether pre-authorization is required.

You may wish to ask the following questions:

• Does my policy include mental health coverage?
• What is the reimbursement amount per therapy session?
• How many sessions are covered annually?
• What reimbursement is available for out-of-network providers?
• Is a referral or pre-approval required?

Upon request, a receipt (superbill) can be provided for insurance
reimbursement purposes.
